Why E-Type is still an artifact of desire?

Dear Jaguar lovers let’s talk today on some very interesting topic, which always compelled me to think about it. I always observed so many people admiring an old vehicle named XK-E or E-Type. Why it’s so much famous even in present times and how this car is still bravely facing onslaught of new technology, where almost everything has been completely changed through an evolutionary process. In order to get satisfying answers i searched and talked with so many people and finally got convinced about all the specialties of the Jaguar E-Type.
Well, if we have a brief look on the history of Jaguar E-Type then we came to know that it’s a car that was designed after great efforts of many great people. Sir William Lyons had a great team to work on designing a great car, key personalities were history’s well known engineers William Heynes, Walter Hassan and Claude Baily.
Another man who’s name will always be attached with the success of Jaguar Motors, and that was Sir Malcolm Sayer who applied his great ideas and experiences of aerodynamics to design something extraordinary every time. For Jaguar E-Type he worked closely with William Lyons and came up with another and even more successful car for Jaguar. In March 1961 when the Jaguar E Type was unveiled in the Geneva Motor Show (Switzerland), people and even other car manufacturers realized that Jaguar E-Type become an instant classic because Jaguar succeeded to deliver perfection in every aspect of beauty and performance.

I heard once that a dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work and Sir William’s team really proved that they deserve to be admired because they worked really hard to give the world its first glimpse of the amazing E-Type, a car that has never stopped being a head turner. Even today, over many years after it first went on sale, the Jaguar E-Type is still one of the most commented on car designs of all times.
Classic Jaguar E-Type, the most beautiful car ever made.
